By choosing the pen name Master Keidi, Katie Duyen expresses the harmony between East and West, showing respect for cultural diversity and the spirit of learning, integration, and appreciation of the best in human wisdom. The image of Master Keidi was designed with the ability to read astrology, feng shui, tarot, and I-Ching, offering practical insights for everyone, especially entrepreneurs and professionals seeking balance in life and work.

She is the Founder and Director of The Sungate Consulting & Training Co., Ltd., and also serves as the company’s Strategic Life Advisor, leading the development of two key divisions, The Sungate Business English Coaching and The Sungate Keidi Horoscopes. In this role, she provides strategic guidance in learning, career, and personal development, helping clients align with their innate strengths and life path while applying modern, effective methods for sustainable growth.

When Keidi was a first-year university student during military training, even without formal knowledge in the field at that time, she already showed an early connection, casually reading birth charts for her classmates. A few years later, many of those friends returned to tell her that what she had once mentioned had come true, and they asked her for another reading. Now, more than 20 years after graduation, those very first friends have remained among the most loyal clients of The Sungate Keidi Horoscopes.

During her university years in Ho Chi Minh City, majoring in Science, Keidi developed a strong interest in personal development, a relatively new concept in Vietnam at the time. After graduation, she worked in training organizations, gaining real-world experience and preparing for her postgraduate studies abroad.

In 2013, Keidi pursued a Master’s degree in Business and Commerce at Western Sydney University, Australia, where she deepened her understanding of multicultural communication and modern business dynamics. The international exposure shaped her adaptive mindset and broadened her cross-cultural perspective.

After completing her master’s degree in 2014, she returned to Vietnam to teach English at the Vietnam National University (VNUHCM) and later took on management and executive assistant role to the CEO in several companies. During this time, she continued her study of human development and Eastern metaphysics, including Astrology, Feng Shui, and I Ching, which would soon become her lifelong calling.

When exploring Astrology, Feng Shui, and the I Ching, she felt as though she had finally touched upon what she had been seeking all along, a profound connection that seemed to stem from many lifetimes. After completing her studies, although she could have chosen to pursue other careers with higher financial rewards, Keidi has remained steadfast in her dedication to Astrology and Feng Shui consulting, while also managing The Sungate Business English Coaching, the English training branch of The Sungate. Alongside her personal life, this is Katie Duyen’s “own playground” - like anyone else’s - to live, experience, create tangible results, and continue accumulating life experience and knowledge over time.

Since she already has another main career, Keidi does not place heavy emphasis on income from The Sungate Keidi Horoscopes. What she truly hopes for is that her presence in the field of Astrology – Feng Shui – Metaphysics can be like a small light - helping to preserve the purity of the profession with a sincere heart, and guiding those who genuinely seek the Way on their journey toward truth and wisdom.
